Website Terms & Conditions

Buckets, LLC

Last Updated: August 25, 2026

These Website Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of any website, documentation, or online content published by Buckets, LLC ("Buckets," "we," or "us"), including any links to third-party or independently operated software or applications.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms, which take effect as to you when you first access this website on or after the Last Updated date. If you do not agree, do not use this website.

1. Nature of the Website

Buckets publishes and maintains this website solely for informational and publishing purposes. The website may include descriptions of open-source software projects, documentation, research materials, blog posts, or links to third-party or independently operated software or applications.

Buckets is a software developer and publisher. Buckets does not provide financial services, payment services, exchange services, brokerage services, custodial services, or any other regulated or unregulated services through this website.

2. Scope of These Terms

These Terms apply solely to your access to and use of this website and the content published on it. These Terms do not govern, and shall not be deemed to apply to, any smart-contract protocol or decentralized application that may be referenced or linked on this website. Any interaction with such software occurs independently of this website and is governed exclusively by the applicable terms, disclosures, or notices published in connection with that software, and not by these Terms.

3. Software Publishing

Buckets designs, develops, publishes, and documents open-source software, including smart-contract code that may be deployed to public blockchain networks. Once deployed, such smart contracts operate according to their programmed logic. Buckets' activities are limited to the design, development, publication, and documentation of software, together with the hosting of informational interfaces.

Programmed administrative functions. Deployed software may include programmed administrative functions defined in its code, such as approval of software updates, configuration of operational parameters (including which digital assets the software supports, determined under published listing criteria), emergency pause capabilities, and cancellation of pending updates. Where such functions exist, they are constrained by structural limits written into the code and, for risk-affecting actions, by advance public notice periods (timelocks) recorded on-chain. Within a deployed implementation they cannot access, reduce, or transfer user balances or queued funds, apply prices other than the software's programmed rates, impose fees on protocol users, or block user withdrawals. Pause functions, where they exist, restrict new deposits and swaps only. Withdrawals and cancellations by users are never subject to a pause. Certain bookkeeping functions of deployed software (such as the reconciliation of recorded balances to actual balances following an external event) may be triggered by any person and execute only when conditions verifiable on-chain are met. They are rules of the code, not administrative functions. The scope of any such function, its constraints, and the identity of the persons or bodies configured to exercise it are matters of the relevant protocol's published documentation and on-chain record, not of these Terms.

Software updates. Buckets may, from time to time, publish updates, modifications, or new versions of software, including software that supports additional digital assets or features. Where deployed software includes a programmed update mechanism, updates take effect through that mechanism following its advance public notice period, during which users may discontinue use and withdraw any assets they have supplied to the software before the update takes effect. Where software has no update mechanism, new versions are made available on a forward-looking basis, and users independently choose whether and how to interact with any version. Where a programmed update mechanism includes a one-way function by which the update capability may be permanently disabled, its use is a matter of the relevant protocol's public documentation. Once disabled, the deployed software cannot be changed by any person.

Buckets does not execute transactions, route assets, custody funds, act as a counterparty, or intervene in the outcomes of transactions submitted to deployed smart-contract software. Buckets does not observe, screen, approve, or respond to individual user transactions, and conducts no KYC or AML monitoring of protocol users. Access controls applied at the point of entry to an interface hosted by Buckets (Section 5) are restrictions on the interface, not services to any user and not monitoring of any transaction. Your interaction with any deployed software is governed solely by the terms and disclosures published in connection with that software, and not by these Terms.

Security reviews. Where this website or any documentation refers to a security audit or review of deployed software, the reference is to the specific code version and date identified in the published report. Software deployed or updated after the reviewed version may include code that no third party has reviewed. No statement on this website is a representation that any deployed software is free of defects.

4. No Financial Participation

Buckets does not deposit into, trade on, or otherwise participate as a user in any protocol whose software it publishes, and does not hold positions in, or take market risk on, such protocols. Buckets receives no amounts from protocol users and no amounts through any protocol. Commercial arrangements with digital-asset issuers or distributors (such as integration, listing, or distribution fees under business-to-business agreements) are entered into by Buckets' parent, Coasify Corporation, and not by Buckets, and are not charged to protocol users. Affiliates of Buckets other than Buckets itself, including investment vehicles affiliated with Coasify Corporation, may, where eligible under the applicable protocol terms, use published software as users on the same terms as any other user, without any priority, exemption, or access to information that is not publicly available on-chain.

5. Restricted Access to Hosted Interfaces

Interfaces hosted by Buckets for interaction with deployed software are not available to U.S. Persons (as that term is used in the applicable protocol terms), to persons located in the United States, or to persons located, organized, or resident in any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions or in which use of the software would be unlawful. Hosted interfaces apply geographic restrictions and automated wallet-screening measures at the point of access and may decline access to any address or location, including jurisdictions beyond those listed above, at Buckets' discretion and without notice. These measures restrict access to the interface. They do not, and cannot, restrict interaction with publicly deployed smart contracts through other means, and they are not a service to any user. Before first use of a hosted interface you must affirmatively acknowledge the terms published with the relevant software. That acknowledgment is a condition of access and is your acceptance of those terms.

This website may contain links to third-party websites, repositories, or applications, including links labeled "Launch App," "Open Interface," or similar language. Such links are provided for convenience only. Linking to any application or protocol does not constitute operation, endorsement, sponsorship, or provision of services by Buckets. Buckets makes no representations regarding the functionality, availability, or regulatory treatment of any linked software. Accessing linked software or websites is done entirely at your own risk.

All content on this website is provided for general informational purposes only. Nothing on this website constitutes legal, financial, investment, tax, or other professional advice. Unless otherwise stated, all original content on this website, including text, graphics, and branding, is owned by Buckets or licensed to Buckets and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Open-source software referenced or linked on this website is governed by its applicable open-source license, not by these Terms.

9. No Warranties

This website and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Buckets makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the website or any content made available through it. Buckets does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buckets shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, this website or any linked software or third-party content. Buckets shall not be liable for any losses resulting from your interaction with smart contracts or decentralized applications referenced on this website. You acknowledge that you do not rely on Buckets for the availability, functionality, or outcomes of any deployed software referenced on this website, and that any such software may function, degrade, or cease to function independently of any action or inaction by Buckets.

11. Modifications

Buckets may modify these Terms at any time by updating this page with a revised effective date. Material modifications will be published at least thirty (30) days before taking effect. Continued use of the website after a modification takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
